We strongly believe in our products and want every customer to be happy with their purchase. This the reason for Gourmet Way Customer Service Guarantee. Due to fraudulent activity Gourmet Way will only accept returns purchased directly from Gourmet Way and accordance with the following  

  1. Seasoning must be unopened and in the original packaging to be considered for a refund​

  2. To be considered for a refund, Gourmet Way must receive respective item's with fifteen (15) day's of item's purchase date. In all cases, refunds will be made ONLY to the credit card used for the original purchase it may take up to one  (1 ) billing cycle for the refund credit to appear on your statement.  

  3. Gourmet Way is not responsible for lost or stolen items
