Gumbo with Everett Fees of the Copa

Just in time for Mardi Gras, Everett will teach us how to make this wonderful dish – it’s all about the rue.

$45.00 per person – reservations required

Champagne and Truffles.

This is a double header as Eric Mann from Mountain Dome and Sue Morgan from Little Henry’s Chocolate will be on hand with Sparking Wines and Chocolate Truffles

Have a bottle of wine signed by the wine maker and put together a custom box of truffles – Valentine’s Day is Tuesday Feb.14^th J

Savory Cheesecakes and Salads with Bob Black of Herbies Deli

Bob will be showcasing 5 savory cheesecakes such as blue cheese over baby greens, candied walnuts and pear vinaigrette. Cheesecakes – not just for dessert!!~

Sauces 101 with Alex Nebrensky from the Hayden Lake Country Club

This is the second in the series of “Mother Sauces” no need to worry if you missed the first class Alex will catch you up.

Kids in the Kitchen Raviolis and Sauces

We will be making filled raviolis with  two different sauces.

Sauces with Alex Nebrensky of the Hayden Lake Country Club.

This is the third of our sauces class series.  These classes are always fun as Alex shows us just how creative we can be knowing the basic mother sauces.
